Thanks to a dedicated group of women the Greater Vancouver Mining Women's Assocation is what it is today!

The first Executive Meeting was held at Betty Hainsworth's house on 
September 3rd, 1975.  Present were:

On September 24th, 1975 the first General Meeting was held at the Engineer's Club.  At that meeting the founding members were introduced as the 
interim Executive:

Eleanor McNeil - Treasurer
Murph Ranspot - Membership
Agnes Bacon - Publicity
Joyce Bowles - Secretary

The first elected Executive Committee was on
